There are multiple supportive workers here we treat each other like family. We work hard together, we push each other and we grow as a group. It feels like family.

It could get stressful at times but it challenges you to do better.

I am happy to have this job. This is a chinese company but they have American style and also I like my Chinese friends and i learned some Chinese from my chino brothers. My cuz works at Staten Island amazon and amazon treat their workers like dogs. I get corona protection masks at Tempco and I share with my cousin. The office people don’t look down at us. The boss cares about us and he will give shirt off his back for you but he is also run other companies. When he comes to the floor he speaks to everyone and thanks us. when he found out I had a baby, he gave me cash and I didn’t even ask for it. The production manager also good and so are the other supervisors. They work hard and i learn from them.

Human resource not around. I asked human resource for raise and they ignore me. I asked Mr. Sun and he got it for me. But it’s not fair sometimes because some people just ask for raises when they don’t work hard. If company keeps growing they need to get more leaders bcuz other people taking advantage and I don’t want to see company slippin
