Pros

Great co-workers, trainers were awesome if you started before moving to MDO.

Cons

Where do I begin??? There were so many promises made and not 1 out of 10 ever came to fruition. Brand new management with no experience running a MDO, poor management, unorganized, lots of favoritism and lack of respect for those trying to make a honest living, piece-rate is a joke, if you don’t ask to work you don’t work, or they leave you wondering if your working (30 days someone didn’t even work????), high turnover rate, constantly telling us that we’d have a set schedule but nothing, say you can make all this money (life changing money) and then if you speak up or do something small, they punish you by not putting you on route….long days and 12-16 hours and routing is horrible…a lot of people changed good paying jobs to make less than minimum wage…also give positions to people that they are not qualified to do the job (don’t even look at your resume) the list goes on…. No work/life balance or no work, begging to be on route and waiting for text message to see if you’re working or not, never had a job that works that way…RUN!!!

Pros

They promote from within. Relatively new company and expanding rapidly so opportunities definitely exist for advancement.

Cons

How workers are treated, primarily the technicians, is a major "con". Follow DOT hours of service regulation steadfast, until peak season(sale season) hits, then these guys are working 16 or 17 hour days doing heavy lifting and manual labor while still expected to have flawless installations and amazing customer service. Injuries are treated as though the tech wronged management in some way and employees are shamed if reported.
