Pros
Good work life balance Flexible working arrangements Good amount of leaves
Cons
Do not trust the high ratings (it’s most probably fake and written by internal management) Upper management micro manages and do not trust junior staff. Often talk down to them or talk in a condescending way. (experienced it and also seen it for myself). Very minimal career progression (it’s good if you are looking for something stable and monotonous or something to retire with) Pathetic benefits, bonus and increment Claimed they are open to feedbacks/inputs/opinions but in actual fact, they do not. They only listen to people of a high rank and if you are a junior rank, you are like a puppet to them where you have to listen to all their dictation and not having a say to anything. Lots of politics High turnover rate
