      Pros

      Small to mid-workforce in most locations. Hard-working, knowledgeable individuals. Good work ethic. Good leadership with Telmar managers/directos.

      Cons

      Change over to iQor was a bit bumpy. Several changes in the applications used daily, methodologies and procedures. Continual lay-offs with changes.

      It has a great working environment.

      Cons

      The company is supporting after-market products, it does not have a hardware design team to create and produce new products.

      Pros

      Good salary, decent benefits. (Medical benefits are less than ideal for most employers today)

      Cons

      Zero communication as to what is going on with the business direction. Micro-managed to death, so much so that it literally killed the business. Earned personal time off was deceitful and confusing.
