Saturdays is working. Salary (appraisal) is not given on time & also HR doesn't provide appraisal letter/salary slips. 3 months of freshers is not included in experience. Don't expect anything like MNC companies. No outings, no celebrations. Selfish ppl running the company. This company is not even a start up it's just a group of 8-9 l00sers running it. HR is the worst guy I've ever seen, very toxic. Don't trust HR during the interview. CEO doesn't care about the employees, all he needs is money, money, money so that he can make more wealth and his employees can suffer on weekends. In terms of work, no standards are followed, full of mess. If you want to do good in life just stay away from this company.
