Pros
Brilliant before Telereal (who Trillium created) took over in 2009. Fantastic CEO then.
Cons
...then a healthy vibrant Board was taken over by a group of "yes men" from Telereal in 2009. Sycophants rose to the top. Telereal's myopic view meant the biggest client DWP did not renew the PRIME contract as good customer relations pre-Telereal were swapped for short term money oriented commercialism. Shame as use to be a excellent place to work.
