Pros
Literally none, other than they exist to give you a paycheck. I guess the work/life balance is good since they have a European culture.
Cons
Lots of coasting B-players. Everyone has either been there less than 5 years or for 15-20 years. Competent people leave. Executive management is visionless and scrambling for their own jobs. We were acquired by TFX and witnessed their lack of ability to integrate a successful business into their own systems. Stay away if you value your time and skills.
