Pros

Except for high pay and getting to know more people, there's nothing else I could think of

Cons

Bad management, bad team leader, bad managers. 1. Annual leaves need approval but will never get any approved because the team leader wants sales. 2. No work-life balance, force OT every day but never get paid for OT. 3. Stressful and negative environment, team leader just blames and practice bias and office politics. 4. Bad management even though management knows about the bad practices. Team leader and management team don't seem to want any change.

Pros

Good coworkers. This job involves doing sales and you only need to care about your own targets and by doing so, you will be able to contribute to the team targets. Because you have to focus on your own targets and other targets wouldn't really affect yours, then supposedly there shouldn't be any big enough problem that would affect your work.

Cons

Management a bit messy and some office politics involved but not that bad.
