Cons
Though it's not company specific but its individuals sitting on governance positions to help and support the work cultures in domestic sector. I have seen many skills and right attitude employees are not interested to join domestic due to work culture and environment . Many of the Top Leaders are even using unethical words and statements to employee's which should be restricted with HR and leadership intervene . This will make our good employees to support and do something best for the Indian market and companies. I have worked in the International companies where it not that everything will be according the way one individual wants but at least when working in while collar jobs maintain and decorum and environment so that we can get the creamy layer of the market .
