-Really awesome people -Got very close with coworkers -Family run business -Given a good amount of autonomy -Feel valued -Lots of free meals

-Hard to get a promotion

Some of the people are nice but those are the ones that are also mistreated.

Just stay away.. you will make more money at a restaurant position and be treated better. CEO will get emotional and call a meeting on a random weekend and expect people to attend. They will pay you less than 40k a year and except you to be a super star for them. It’s a joke.
