Great management, they listen and respond, imagine that! We get to use all the same tools that we sell to our customers. The management just says make customers happy, I like that!

Good work life balance, colleagues were nice enough.

Company will layoff employees to cut costs whenever they don't meet their bottom line. No PTO payout and a mediocre severance after 3 years of employment. There was no letter of recommendation or offer.
