Pros
The culture fostered by telemed2u has made me feel welcomed and supported. Everyone's role is a piece of the puzzle needed to be able to provide quality care to our patients, and therefore everyone comes together as a team and helps one another. Additionally, there is open-door communication amongst all levels of the organization which I appreciate as it allows for transparency. Overall, I have had a great experience working for this company so far and look forward to the years ahead.
Cons
As Telemed2U is newer to the tech space (the piece that I work in) I think there are still process problems that are being worked on. As these processes improve so will the overall experience of working for Telemed2U.
