Pros
Global company with many out of date technologies looking to get back to its former glory. Lots of room for improvement. Nice amenities if on campus in Beaverton.
Cons
Company is owned by a conglomerate that pushes all decisions to be for the profit of the company and not always for the growth and development of its employees. If you stay for too long they will gladly continue to pay you less then you're worth.
