      Nothing great here.. Unwritten rule of work-life balance It's a collective ignorance.. Apart from work there's nothing here..

      Cons

      Boring New talent is not given priority. Older you're chances are you'll retire here Not a good place for fresher's.. Chances of IDC seems very dim Lots of politics..

      Extremely smart engineers in Oregon, generally has a decent culture, invincible brand name

      Cons

      Company profit isn't being reinvested into itself, parent company controls all profit. This can be seen in lack of NPIs.
