Pros
Monday to Friday schedule is a nice perk. Health Benefits after 3 months, if you are able to survive the first 3 months without being fired as "not a good fit". Nothing you couldn't get from working at McDonalds, except they'd probably treat you with more respect than TeksMed!
Cons
New staff are paid more than existing staff. Likely due to the issues of keeping staff on hand. Staff are incredibly undervalued and over worked. This company does not value its employees. The turnover is IMMENSE and constant, as they struggle to keep staff on hand. This company fires people for petty reasons, knowingly increasing the workload and stress of the existing employees, and blames client losses on the overworked staff. (Seriously?!) Ongoing shady business practices, highly recommend you steer clear from this company. Worked with this company for years with no opportunities for advancement. If you want to be seriously underpaid and undervalued for your work, this is the job for you!
