not paid salaries, EPF /ETF, Gratuity payments not paid

US based operation with some flexibility for remote work

1. Salary was never paid on time 2. No work life balance 3. No possibility of furthering your career 4. Expects new ideas for business improvement but not even 1 from any of the employees was considered not was it implemented. 5. The blame for company failure to grow is passed onto employees despite the unilateral decision to keep operations the same without any consideration for employee's ideas.
