No Pros, one of newly middle companies that hires contractors for consulting companies with connection with actual employer and take a cut of your salary. you will be 3rd or even 4th layer far from actual employer

-Has not paid my last invoice after 4 month of departure
- Always late on payment minimum one month late
- they say payments are Net30 which they tell you after you hired not before
- even with Net30 they have to pay you maximum 30 day after you submit your invoice , but for them it is minimum 30 days , and if you do not follow up with them the chance of getting paid is slim to none
