The leadership is inexperienced and plays favourites. The company is slow and overly hierarchical, quite at odds with the image it seeks to project. There is some initiatives to change this, but no real effort invested. C-levels fight between them, passing a awful message below. Intrigue and manoeuvering for advantage are killing morale. No alignment, merely an ongoing struggle for power.
