- Salary below market rate for the role and location. - Holiday allowance below what many comparable employers offer. - NO flexibility during offer negotiations despite presenting the position as negotiable. - No meaningful support for relocation, travel, or other employment-related expenses. - Constantly changing requirements and priorities. - Unrealistic deadlines that did not reflect the actual complexity of development work. - Poor communication between product and engineering. - Lack of planning, clear direction, and stable requirements. - Management often seemed irritated when employees sought clarification or raised concerns.

Probably one of the worst companies I worked for. Management was hell, there were some unethical and illegal actions being taken regarding individuals. If you want to work for management that does not know anything about your product and pulls everything out of their ass, then this is the place to be. Time crunch is insane, and even if you give up your weekends (unpaid), you will still have work waiting for u on Monday. Be ready for multiple evaluation's and retro's to figure out why a single dev cannot put out 60 hrs of work every week. Oh, and I'm still waiting on my bonus.
