As startups go, the chance of success is greater than most
There are some very smart, very capable people here
Benefits package is OK, but not outstanding
Cons
Workload is typical of any startup, i.e. extreme. don't come here unless you are prepared to work hard
Stock options are less than I've seen elsewhere, don't expect to get rich here
Some middle management lack experience and it shows
Communication between teams is not as good as it need to be
