Disorganized, poor management - Field Coordinator Teeming Vacation Rentals Employee Review

We are very disheartened to read this review of our company. We appreciate all of our employees, especially those who have stuck it out with us through the pandemic, software changes, and all the other challenges we have faced. We provide fair and generous compensation as well as benefits to our team members and believe we treat them fairly and with respect. We value each employee and believe we expressed this through appreciation and compensation. But as with any company that is growing quickly, change is inevitable. The management team made a strategic decision that eliminated some of the positions at our company and we assure you this decision was a very difficult one. No company ever wants to lose valuable players on the team but sometimes it is inevitable.
