micromanaged, with 10+ years experience you're still reporting every hour to your supervisor you feel like a production person, no matter your job title no space for talents with new ideas, ok for "yes man" benefits limited to 15 paid vacation/sick days no flexible schedule or leave of absence promotions are just a chnage in the job title, do not really change anything in your resposnibilities or salary
