The only con I can think of is there is room for more focus on employee diversity.

Have worked here for many years and have always been impressed with the dedication to advancing staff. There are many avenues for furthering skills and exposure to a variety of project types. Good mentoring of new team members, to aid in their growth and development in the field. Revit training, tech classes and support are abundant. Summer hours and exciting office culture are a nice perk!
