Good - Softarwer Engineer Tecost Employee Review

I worked at TECOST for a short period in a senior DevOps-related role. The technical scope was interesting and broad, covering infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation, security and observability.

The onboarding did not feel sufficiently structured. Documentation, architectural overview, access to systems, operational context and short-term expectations were not clear enough to become effective quickly. I would recommend that candidates clarify in advance the onboarding plan, available documentation, concrete objectives for the probation period, and how success will be evaluated. This review reflects only my personal experience during a limited period.
