Avoid - bully, intimidation culture from the owner, no room for growth or opinion, childish environment

Hi, we're sorry you felt this was your experience at Tecna UK. To be clear, we do not accept any bullying within the company. We would never aim to intimidate our team and your quote "intimidation culture from the owner" is confusing as our owner has been away from the business for a few years now.
We also strive to encourage growth here at Tecna UK. We run training sessions every month open to all our team members and regularly invest in external mentoring and training sessions.
It's troubling you felt there isn't any room for opinions. We carry out a yearly company survey, have monthly company meetings where the whole team can contribute and host bi-monthly engagement sessions. as a result we have evidenced acting on this feedback.
Some good perks for a small company, team attitude is overall good, I really enjoyed working with a lot of the people there. I felt like I learned a lot and was able to have an impact on my projects and some of the processes. Lots of things improved a lot over my time which shows they are growing and learning.
Cons
The industry can be unpredictable so sometimes there is lots of work to get through and its deadline focused.
