From the moment I interviewed, I knew that Tecmark was a Company that I wanted to be a part of. No doubt there was turnover in the beginning...but it has stabilized. Upper Management is very engaged; beautiful office & great employee activities taking advantage of our downtown location (i.e., Superbowl activities, Farmers Market on Thursdays, Social hours, etc.). I wake up everyday excited & happy to go to work - win for me!
