Pros
Good work life balance as you get to plan your own month and create your own map of where you need to go each month. You also get to work from home once or twice a month. You get to go to events, such as formula 4 races (once or twice a year), and you have the opportunity to go to big conferences abroad (although this looks like they are reducing the amount of people whom are allowed to go now). You get power tools on discount through the employee website.
Cons
Extreme hierarchical structure. It is unacceptable for graduates/aka FME's to approach people in higher positions, this MUST go through your supervisor. Your Pay rise and Bonus is based on your sales, your activeness in teams meetings, and your admin. 8/10 sales are down to luck based on region, so if your sales are not good then you will essentially not get any pay rise. No opportunities for growth, UNLESS you move close to the head office. You can move team after 18 months into JSS, but this is basically doing the same thing, but with different businesses. Progression is understood to be very minimal in the JSS team and most people don't want to go into the JSS team unless they want to get a pay rise.
