Great - Internet Technical Support Techtel Employee Review

Referring to Techtel in Australia?? I just saw the negative review posted here a few years back and think that there is an error. There are other Techtel companies around. We didn't have employees in 2015, nor for a few years before that and never required people to go home at 6. So there's that. An engineer in Singapore doesn't sound like he/she would ever have worked at the Techtel market research firm in Ca. There is a Techtel in Australia that would use engineers.

We dont hire employees anymore, only contractors. But we had many excellent and well-regarded employees here over 30 years. I miss them. Also, we learned that we needed a good diversity of people to come up with best-balanced and best results. I have fond memories of many of them. Maybe that was not two-way? That would be an ouch.

For a small office, it is surprisingly ridden with politics. A draconian work culture where disagreements with management is absolutely not tolerated. Risk taking is frowned upon. The management doesn't trust you or respect you - the attitude is almost like they are doing you a favor by giving you employment.
