Pros
The managers are really good people. They understand work/life balance and are respectful of all employees and their needs. After 20+ years of workforce experience, this is the best company I have worked for. The culture at work is one of respect and value for each other and our work. We work as a Team to solve problems and produce results. I am always learning something new and increasing my skillset. Benefits for employees are very generous. We are growing and that makes work exciting and cutting edge.
Cons
Many employees are remote, which is both a pro and a con. The flexibility of working in different time zones is great, but sometimes it means we are all working slightly different hours.
