Pros
1- Opportunity to work on different types of Projects as Company has wide portfolio and client base. 2- Flexible Timing with Saturday & Sunday off. 3- Multiple Onsite opportunities in US, UK & Canada (Based on your performance, behaviour & discipline it may take 2-3 years or more to file your petition). 4- Muliple softwares available and used in projects which one can learn and increase own skills. 5- Colleagues are helpful, Managers are Understanding and Considerate 6- Moderate work load, work life is balanced.
Cons
1- Increments are Generic between 7-10%, hard working employee are neglected and not much awarded in appraisal. 2- Increment cycle is delayed, u get balance amount but it takes June or July to reflect and sept-oct for increment letter. 3- Canteen services are poor, average quality food and poor taste, lunch plates are not worth money. 4- No transportation facilities provided by company.
