Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my time at TechnologyAdvice so far. The people are honestly what make it stand out—everyone is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It doesn’t feel overly corporate, and you can actually talk to leadership without it being intimidating. One thing I appreciate is that there’s a good balance between being trusted to do your job and having support when you need it. You’re given real responsibility, but you’re not just left on your own. Managers check in, listen to feedback, and seem to care about your growth. It’s also nice that collaboration between teams feels pretty natural instead of forced. Work-life balance has been solid in my experience, and the company makes an effort to be flexible when needed. Overall, it’s a good place to work if you like a team-oriented environment where you can grow without feeling like just another number.
Cons
The work can be fast-paced at times, but it keeps things interesting. There’s always something new to learn, and you’re encouraged to try things and improve.
