Good working environment in term of flexibility

Policy keep changing, its very hard to get claim. Need to travel from Malaysia to SG frequently but no allowance given. Start on 1/1/2024 they are giving amend the policy to give per diem allowance but no procedure given on how to claim those allowance. Then, when want to claim those allowance they keep asking for documentation on travel activity (approval from Managers).
