Here job involves travel to various sites(Transmission/ distribution Substation) for testing activities as a CRP, SCADA Testing. 1. they never pay your travel allowance, hotel payment or nothing as advance. believe me they pay your salary, only after receiving the hard copy of monthly time sheet. if the time-sheet was missed or delayed by courier agent , there is no salary for you. 2. salary will always be paid around 15th of every month. Your Site/Travel Hotel allowance is very difficult to reimburse(It will take 3 months) 3. they will collect your all kind of educational certificates before joining as a Bond agreement. And please dont ever expect you will get your certificate back. they will cut your few month salary to return your certificate. 4. They never pay our PF money into our account. even their CTC structure is fake, you will not get any benefit 5. even after relieving they never give any kind of Experience /Relieving letter.

Only when they talk you when they have work. When you needed they don't give you response.

No timely payment. Lots of formalities for getting own sallery. They push you to hard paperwork and site work at same time. No time management for site. No site allowance on time No advance provide you at when you needed. Totally waste of time. Don't join otherwise you sucks .
