One of the most challenging aspects of this position is qualifying leads: are we dealing with a decision maker; do we have all the information we need; is the client participating in the process with a sense of urgency; etc….
We have a system that has proven successful for over 38 years!!!
Our sales & recruiting management teams have years of experience in focusing on solid sales opportunities and minimizing time spent on orders that are unlikely to close.
We ask our sales team to put forth the effort required to have success & have faith that their leadership team is acting in their best interests.
