Been in the company (SG) for less than a year. Need to treat big boss as god. Failure to answer his call first time, your supervisor and you will be given a warning. Pls be prepared to work overtime (no excuses as profits to company is top priority) anytime. The most experienced member in engineering team has been working for 1 years+ as he is under 2-years contract. Next in line is 4 months of work experience. When you try to apply unpaid leaves to attend to family matters (medical reason), your leave will be rejected because your boss expect you to find a replacement for your own family matters. Work is more important than family matters. Pls do your own diligence checks before joining
