Relatively easy hiring process. For me the person conducting the sales interview was not from sales background it seems. If you can speak good english you are through.
Cons
I joined this company because of reputed board of directors. However, later I came to know those are just photos and there is no such board. The company seems to be getting managed by one person who often manipulates situations and set narratives about others. The individual comes from sales background and lacks strategic mindset to run the corporate, may be because of his field sales experience. During the interview I was asked can I bring five accounts from my last organization, they even guided me on how to get away with NDA of my last company. But while I was leaving, they threatened me of not approaching any client, even for those that I had brought from the last company as per their guidance. The company claimed to have 1500 employees, but in reality the employee count remains in the range of 70-80. It was hard to sell as selling lie about project and COE is easy to get verified in reality it is a pure staffing company that works in the mode of white labelling (even for staffing).
