Review after 2 months from joining - SEO Executive Techmagnate Employee Review

Being an engineer, I made my decision to pursue a career in digital marketing at the end of 2015 during my college days. I believe in identifying opportunities for career advancement internally before looking externally and on the basis of that, I dreamt of joining TechMaganate. I am always passionate about what I do and working for one of the top SEO organizations in India was like a dream turning into reality. Believe me, if you are here you will learn every day, every second and you will never be able to thank the company enough for the values and skills it will infuse in you during your tenure. At last, I am extremely grateful to Sarvesh, Prashant, and Rahul sir for providing me with the opportunity and I will try my best to stand up to the expectations and faith the organization has shown in me.

As such, I don't see any cons.

Work pressure can be high during peak project timelines, and work-life balance may sometimes get affected. Internal processes and communication between departments could be improved for smoother workflow.
