Pros
They have openings 24/7, tadaa... yes, no one, I mean no one, is accepting their offer, and many employees leave the organization during the probation period. You will find only 1 or 2 from 50 employees who is working there for more than 1 year
Cons
They consider you as a slave and will not pay you well, they take many interviews and candidates have really good knowledge, but they will not hire them, they hire those who are eager to get a job, a job with bare minimum pay. And most probably they don't have good knowledge and they think once we hire them, then they will sign a contract of 1 year and you can break that bond, if you want to you can by giving 2 months salary, like a donation you can say. And they will find another one like they do every day every year XD. If any employee is not getting proper understanding of yuck codebase (yeah, their codebase is really... you know sick) they will not help you to understand even they don't have database diagram for clear understanding. They will make you work till late hours no matter what time you have to and funny part they will not pay for extra time š¤”, yeah they think you joined us which was your bad luck now work for an unexpected deadline which we give to the client because that what we do.... Seems annoying right, ohh and they will not allow you to take a leave to spend some time with your family as you can not take more than 3 days leave on Diwali and if you make excuse like traveling is taking 2 days of time, so they will say "it doesn't matter 𤄠you joined as which is your majboori, if you want to spend time with family then stay there don't need to come to office after holiday", yes these are the lines told my HR for Diwali leaves, and guess what I did exactly same, and my colleague did same on Holi to leave from that 1 year (14 month including notice period) time
