Some of the people I worked with were genuinely kind, supportive, and made the day-to-day more bearable. There’s a sense of camaraderie among employees who are all trying to do their best despite difficult circumstances.

Salaries were consistently delayed — sometimes by weeks, and I personally know of cases where payments were months late. This creates financial stress and uncertainty, which is unacceptable from any employer. Management was one of the worst parts of the experience. Communication was poor, promises were often broken, and there was a general lack of transparency and accountability. It was hard to trust anything being said. Morale was low and turnover was high as a result.

- huge delays of payments (some people are not paid for months) - lies about dates of payment transfers - zero capacity for internal projects or meetings (I didn't even get a chance to meet other designers and ask them for feedback about my projects) - usage of time tracking tool on employers' computers which makes screenshots every couple of minutes (basically stalking people during work time) - very difficult path for promotion / pay rise - huge rotation of people, people coming and going all the time, sometimes even without mentioning
