Leads are busy in their personal lives, causing them to overlook your work. Senior individuals sometimes appropriate junior work and present it as their own. There are no proper policies in place, and there aren't enough projects. It's the worst company to work for, as even when a lead or senior is at fault, the blame is unfairly placed on juniors.
