We strongly disagree with the claim regarding junior-senior differentiation and old-school politics. While there may have been instances where individual employees engaged in such behavior, it is critical to note that TechNeurons does not encourage or support these practices. Such actions are highly against the policies of the company, and we actively work to maintain an environment of equality and fairness for all employees. Regarding working on weekends, our structured shift system only requires weekend work for specific teams or freshers during their probation period to help them settle into their roles. Beyond that, shifts are rotated to ensure a healthy balance for everyone. As for the claim of salary not being paid, this is completely unfounded. Timely salary payments are a priority at TechNeurons, and any potential delays are communicated transparently and resolved swiftly. We are also facing a situation where a small group of malicious ex-employees, or individuals who support their misdeeds, are attempting to harm the company’s reputation through coordinated attacks. We take these matters seriously and have initiated legal action for a thorough investigation into the situation. At TechNeurons, we are committed to professionalism and encourage employees to bring any concerns to management or the directors for resolution. We believe in open communication to create a positive and productive workplace for all. In line with Glassdoor’s policies, we request that reviews be based on genuine experiences. Misleading comments do nothing but harm the reputation of the company and its hardworking employees.
