Pros
You will learn something because you will always be occupied in fixing prod issues rather than developing something new
Cons
Not a great place to work. System looks fine but its broken from the inside at teams level, you have 20+ teams working on same project but they won’t be synchronised thats the magic behind lot of prod issues. They have ton of upstream dependencies but still pick the story into sprint and transfer pressure on you. Coming to benefits, all the benefits that are listed are fake my friend, they don’t provide insurance if you want you have to pay for it more than you pay for insurance firms 😂 forget about transportation you have to pay for your own vehicle to park inside which is ridiculously nonsense. No minimum essentials for employees like water something to warm up your food or store nothing 😂 just come work like a robot managing your tickets and prod issues same time stretch after going home too and repeat.
