The chief executive level is solely focused on preparing the company to be sold with low regard for the middle and lower levels of the company who do the bulk of the work. They disregard a constant flow of negative client feedback all in support of getting a return on their shares. The bullying tactics with employees and strong arming clients has created a toxic environment resulting in constant turnover and client cancellations. There are executive level personnel who are not qualified for their positions but they are connected to the CEO so no proper changes are made. They constantly point their fingers at others instead of themselves.
