Pros
I feel as though the CEO actually cares about her employees and knows them as more than a name on the pay roster. She puts a lot of trust into her employees and is not a micro manager, she also allows a lot of work flexibility - which allows for a perfect work/life balance. - Especially with raising children. I like knowing she trusts me to do my job. I appreciate that she allows me to do my job offsite and has trust that I am doing my job and does not feel the need to check in with me throughout the day to make sure things are being done. My job at TechGuard is filled with so many amazing opportunities that I would not be able to have if it were not for my job!
Cons
The office stays at a cooler temperature than normal. I am freezing a lot, but I know that it is due to keeping the IT servers at a decent temperature to keep them from overheating. - If you work here make sure you bring a sweater, jacket or hoodie.
