      Great space to learn Amazing Team members Transport scheme 13th month bonus

      Cons

      Terrible salary pay compared to other partners Mean managers that take the job personally and pout direct insults on their engineers. Literally insult and make you feel less than human because of KPI metrics I cannot understand how you say it is a performance driven environment and you judge me based on the feelings of the end user.

      Pros

      All financial and accounting records are automated wherever possible. Quick communication with owners and directors in the event of a problem that needs to be resolved. There is an intra-corporate culture (corporations, playing volleyball, courses...).

      Cons

      To date, the disadvantages are not at all significant due to the fact that there is a war in Ukraine.
