Unsatisfactory experience - Anonymous employee TechDesign Employee Review

The company is relatively new so all ideas are welcomed and great colleagues to work with. It is a great place to work if you enjoy a slow paced working environment.

Poor management style. It's either very micro managing or zero management with lack of mentorship. Need to be able to endure the constant change of decision made by managers.

The environment and people are great there.

There are no obvious cons of this company for me.
