You have to complete your 8 hour on your chair either you have work or not. If you want to offer prayers you have to stop your timer. if you want to have lunch you have to stop your timer. No matter if you have completed your work on time if there is 1 or 2 hours remaining from the total allocated hours of your month your salary will be deducted. If you are 5 minute late after 12pm your half day salary will be deducted. Medical allowance is only 1000 per month only. Pertrol allowance is 18 liters per month only. if you want to relax you have to stop your timer. no hierarchy system. There are no concept of team lead. One senior developer which will be working from home. At least during my 1 year stay i haven't saw him in the office. In summers or winters you have to eat your lunch in kitchen. At lease lunch should be done in some relaxing environment not in excessive heat in summer. They will hire you on the basis of some stack and will ask you to work on another stack with total commitment. They will train you more on the pixel perfect design rather than the main things like backend development or cloud platforms because they work on remote jobs.
