      Decent pay and decent coworkers

      I got blamed for other people’s mistakes, which led to me getting laid off at a time where money was an issue. Really just a bad team lead. Also this job doesn’t really set you up too well for different /more modern tech jobs / areas

      Good people, cool and interesting projects

      Cons

      Dozens of us furloughed without any warning and then laid off with no severance pay and a complete lack of communication throughout. Employees treated as disposable after major contributions.
