Pros
Relaxed steady paced environment, work-life balance focused company. They hire developers out of college, so it can be a good place to begin your career. Leadership is generally patient, understanding, empathetic, and employee focused.
Cons
Not much opportunity to grow and learn new things after the first year. The culture varies team to team, some teams were fun to be on, others destroyed my motivation. When working remote, it felt isolating and felt less supported.
