OOuw where do I start? 1- I work for one of the most prestigious company in the world and they couldn't get things right for my first day. 2- I was supposed to get some equipment shipped to me by my vendor and not only I got the wrong equipment every time, but I got it at the wrong address several times. 3- Before employment, their hiring dpt asked me to provide a "notarized copy of my GC", to submit along with my I-9. I went everywhere, and nobody ever heard of anything like that for employment, everyone uses their Driver's license and SSC, but I was forced to use these documents. Anyways, I'm a patient guy. 4- Should I mention that they took forever to ship my stuff too? They made me miss my first day just because they did not ship my laptop on time. They waited 2 days before my start date to actually ship my laptop on a next day shipping and it still got to me on Tuesday, instead of Monday! 5- I was very frustrated every single day, from the moment I got the good news I was hired to the moment I (finally?) got all my stuff. Like I said..I'm a patient guy so they're lucky with me. The list goes on and on.,,and on. In summary, just like the comment from the person in Texas, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I gave it my best effort because the money sounds appealing but oh boy do they take their time to do everything that seems easy for every other staffing agencies to do? You bet. Insight Global is way better organized but pays less. I gave a 2-star for Compensation for that. Never again. I'd rather work for less and more support and customer service, which is something they don't and never will understand. Man it was so ridiculous how I was treated I had to throw some sarcasm in my emails. Guys there's a lot of companies like that online, so beware and do your own research first. Ask questions and if you smell it's fishy, you know what to do. You probably already know what to do anyway, this is the prime reason why we don't get hired as FTE right away anymore like before because companies rather spend their money doing this. More flexible.. Sorry for the long rant but y'all need to know. On a brighter note, I really hope I'm the only one but it does not seem to the case.
